EAGLES GREEN CHILI NACHOS
Ingredients:
Tortilla chips
Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
Green chili salsa
Jalapeños (sliced)
Diced avocado
Chopped cilantro
Sour cream or crema
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake until melted.
Top with green chili salsa, jalapeños, avocado, and cilantro.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream
