EAGLES GREEN CHILI NACHOS

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla chips

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)

  • Green chili salsa

  • Jalapeños (sliced)

  • Diced avocado

  • Chopped cilantro

  • Sour cream or crema

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.

  3. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until melted.

  4. Top with green chili salsa, jalapeños, avocado, and cilantro.

  5. Serve with a dollop of sour cream
